UK Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial individual who will be responsible for opportunity pipeline development, negotiating and closing new business contracts and achieving a specific sales target.  The successful candidate should have a track record of generating new business across the private and public sectors in the UK market.  They should have proven experience within procurement technology and services sectors and a clear understanding of presenting a Return on Investment model.  The candidate should possess strong communication and demonstration skills and executive-level network and business acumen.  They must also demonstrate knowledge of implementing and working to sales and marketing process methodologies.  Based in our London office, the candidate will be responsible for achieving new business targets throughout the UK initially.

Category Managers

We are seeking experienced procurement professionals (7-10 years+) with a particular focus on category sourcing and management.  In particular the candidates must have a deep, proven and hands-on knowledge from amongst the following categories: Direct Materials, Facilities, Information Technology and Telecoms, Professional Services, Marketing, Labour and Travel. The candidates must have experience in spend analysis and opportunity identification, proven sourcing methods and frameworks (from requirements gathering, to supplier evaluation and negotiation) and ongoing category and supplier management. The candidates must be able to provide quantifiable evidence of their impact in terms of savings achieved, value improvements and risk mitigated.

Procurement Transformation Managers

We are seeking experienced procurement professionals (7-10 years+) with a particular focus on procurement transformation. The candidates must have proven,  hands-on experience in managing and delivering procurement transformation programmes. Critical to this role is the candidate’s ability to manage and deliver change in highly complex working environments.  In particular the candidate must demonstrate experience in terms of procurement strategy setting, conducting procurement diagnostics/audits, transformation planning and transformation management. Ideally, the candidate should have experience in leading both 1. supply and spend transformation, and 2. procurement service delivery model change (process & policy, organisation and technology). The candidates must be able to provide quantifiable evidence of their impact in terms of savings achieved, process or operational efficiencies, value improvements and risk mitigated.
