The following is a summary of the most recent notable enhancements: 

• New module: Performance Management – This new module brings together key performance metrics on both a “per supplier” and executive level basis addressing areas such as ratings, red flags, issue management and service/ product delivery records;
• New module: Spend Analysis – This new module illustrates key spend data across the supplier base, including total spend year to date, contract spend data, ranking of suppliers by spend and by category;
• Increased reporting capabilities: For master users, the system now automatically reports a range of additional activities such as “Exempt SDHC’s”, detailed “Account Dept change logs” (including notification when a supplier adds a new banking data pdf) and two-way prompts for renewal dates;
• Search facility: Suppliers can be searched by alphabetical list, category and by “keyword”. When viewing an individual supplier’s details, the supplier’s access details are clearly visible without accessing the maintenance menu;
• Supplier Notifications: When issuing emails from the system to the supplier base, you can now attach documents, issue an email to a group of pre-defined suppliers and issue to all with exceptions;
• User Visibility: When setting up a new user you can now provide them with or without access to all the modules including bank data.
