Contract Management


The contract management module consists of a repository and renewal system recording all data relating to supplier legal documentation such as Master Service Agreements, associated price lists, Maintenance Agreements, tax clearance certificates, accreditation compliance and insurance policies.  Reporting of contract data is available by supplier category, by business group and by renewal dates and alert terms.
