Issue Management


The Issue Management module automates the process of raising, tracking and recording operational issues across the supplier base. Permitted users generate automated texts   and/or emails to suppliers for instant notification of support issues. Through a collaborative notebook facility, all related correspondence, including resolution of issues, is fully recorded for reporting purposes. Escalation prompts of service issues are driven by the specific escalation procedures of each supplier/ partner. Internal staff are notified when an issue is due for escalation.
