Supplierforce Performance Management enables supplier performance measurements and collaboration through automation of the Performance and Issue Management processes.

Performance Management:

Performance management brings together key performance metrics on both a "per supplier" and executive level basis addressing areas such as review meetings, ratings, red flags, issues resolution and service/ product delivery records. Replacing subjective evaluation of suppliers, weighted performance ratings are applied to deliver an accurate "cross-functional" view of supplier performance and activity. Key to the collaborative Supplierforce approach, suppliers are enabled to view their own rating compared to suppliers within the same category.

Issue Management

The Issue Management module automates the process of raising, tracking and recording operational issues across the supplier base. Permitted users generate automated texts   and/or emails to suppliers for instant notification of support issues. Through a collaborative notebook facility, all related correspondence, including resolution of issues, is fully recorded for reporting purposes. Escalation prompts of service issues are driven by the specific escalation procedures of each supplier/ partner. Internal staff are notified when an issue is due for escalation.
