The Performance Management module brings together key performance metrics on both a "per supplier" and executive level basis addressing areas such as review meetings, ratings, red flags, issues resolution and service/ product delivery records. Replacing subjective evaluation of suppliers, weighted performance ratings are applied to deliver an accurate "cross-functional" view of supplier performance and activity.
Key to the collaborative Supplierforce approach, suppliers are enabled to view their own rating compared to suppliers within the same category.
